Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Nukres website and the Nukres application. It covers visitors to our site, people who create a Nukres account, and members of a workspace that someone else administers.
Where a workspace is created by an organisation, that organisation decides what customer data it puts into Nukres and how long it is kept. Nukres processes that data on the organisation’s behalf.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information.
| Category | What it includes | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Your name, work email, and the sign-in methods connected to your account. | You, when you create or update an account. |
| Workspace content | The records, notes, tasks, emails, documents, and files your team puts into Nukres. | You and your colleagues, as you use the product. |
| Usage information | How the site and application are used, including pages viewed and features opened. | Collected automatically as you use Nukres. |
| Device and log information | IP address, browser type, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. | Collected automatically as you use Nukres. |
| Billing information | The details needed to process a subscription and issue invoices. | You and our payment provider. |
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Nukres service.
- Authenticate you and keep your workspace accessible only to the people entitled to it.
- Process subscriptions, payments, and invoices.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support.
- Understand how Nukres is used so we can improve it.
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
AI features
When you use Nukres’s AI features, the relevant workspace content is processed to produce the result you asked for, such as a summary or a drafted message. AI features operate on your own workspace data and are subject to the same access permissions as the rest of Nukres.
How we protect information
We use technical and organisational measures to protect the information in Nukres, including encryption in transit, role-based access permissions, and two-factor authentication. Enterprise workspaces can add single sign-on and automated user provisioning.
No service can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by the applicable law.
How long we keep information
We keep account and billing information for as long as your account is active and for the period afterwards that our legal and accounting obligations require. Workspace content is kept while the workspace exists; when a workspace is deleted, its content is removed from our active systems and from backups in the ordinary course.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent you have given.
You can change your account details in Nukres at any time. If your workspace is administered by your organisation, we may direct a request about workspace content to that organisation. To exercise a right, contact our team.
International transfers
Nukres and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on safeguards permitted by the applicable law.
Children
Nukres is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Nukres changes or when the law requires it. The current version is always available here in the Legal Center.
